Turn off the machine, manually move the print head to the left, and gently wipe the bottom of the nozzle with a cleaning stick. Then turn on the machine. Press the "clean" button. Generally, repeat twice and the test paper is complete. If it is not complete, soak it in pure water for three to five minutes, then press the "clean" button, and it will be solved. If it does not work, replace the pure water with cleaning fluid. Repeat the above steps.
